Our passion is to contribute to our professional development. To this end, CAPE runs monthly in-services and has an open door second opinion policy. A local sports medicine doctor presents seminars and specialist physios from other regions are invited to lecture and hold workshops.
Staff are encouraged to attend relevant courses and report back at in-service.
Our practices are all efficiently linked live by computer. Notes are computerised and this efficiency allows CAPE Physiotherapists to optimise clinical time, returning patients to maximum function and better quality of life.
CAPE Physio has numerous locations and is keen to employ new graduates as well as experienced physios.
Once established, with a proven track record within the company, there may be an opportunity to become a shareholder in CAPE Physio, as some of our established staff have done in the past.
